As soon as you walk in you are smacked in the face with a horrible smell.
Disappointed in the grooming. My dogs have gone here for two years and on two specific occasions with the same exact groomer I have had issues. The first time I had my dogs updated shots in my hand, she denied grooming because I didn't provide them ahead of time. The second time was today. She told me my dogs had fleas, which I told her they don't because they have been treated and that they both have skin allergies which is why they are both getting conditioning treatments today. I told her it was dander. She disagreed and refused to groom my dogs. An emergency trip to the vet, 40 minute drive, and $85 dollars later, the vet (who has seen my dog for ten years) confirmed it was just dander. So I took my dogs to PetSmart in Ocean, they had a tight schedule but felt bad and took both of my dogs in. Not only did they waive the $14 conditioning treatment, but gave me 10% off my entire bill. Thank you for waisting my entire day off because you are useless, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. Next time you want to act like a vet, show me your credentials.
I had an appointment to bring my 5 pounds dog for a full Grooming , I requested to see the area where they bathe the animals . The answer I received was a rude No
I've always had a great experience at this store. Emily is an awesome dog trainer and has done amazing things with her students. All of the employees are very helpful and friendly. Most of them will remember you after a few times of you shopping.
The selection for pet supplies is overall very good, especially for dogs, cats, fish, and birds. For small pets and reptiles, the basic necessities are definitely available, but enrichment products can sometimes be hard to come by.
The grooming section is wonderful. They are very kind and do a great job of trimming my dogs' nails.
Didn't buy any pets, but selection of stuff they have is extensive and they were very helpful. Some things seem a bit expensive though.
