Would I stay here again? Absolutely.
The room was really nice, and clean. Bathroom was quite small, but, it is what it is. My only complaint would be that the refrigerator is so small and lightweight, that when I opened the door, the entire refrigerator came with it.
I am so glad we stayed here at this hotel. Rooms were very clean and everyday they serviced it. You could smell the clean walking in the door. The staff was amazing and worked together. They were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay even better.
Snafu at the front desk was handled well by the staff. Ample parking available, except when the car dealership employees from next door started arriving, and taking quite a few spots.
I never, ever write reviews, but this one got me quite upset.
I assured the manager her staff put the wrong rate in, as I had my confirmation number and rates recorded and filed. We were staying for my cousin's wedding and had a wedding rate for Friday and Saturday, that the staff must have just entered x3. It was a Thursday room rate discrepancy that was the same as a Friday/Saturday and I asked the useless manager Jennifer, aren't those rates always supposed to be less than a regular Friday/Saturday, she said yes, but I signed. Great. Got me good.
This is a great place to stay. I enjoyed myself while working in Long Branch for a project. A lot of restaurants around the area. Rooms are nice and cozy. I asked for stuff like toothpaste and brush and they are very helpful and pleasant. Free breakfast as well. You cant beat that. I highly recommend!
Booked here for our wedding block! KIM and her staff were very accommodating. Even hooked us up with a gift. Worked out great for us. Reasonable room rates as well. Pool was great for the kids!
Crooks. They quoted us a rate that we agreed to, and I assumed all would be that way when we stayed. Instead, they changed our room to a higher rate and because I initialed the document when I got there, there was nothing I could do about it... make sure your rates are the same they quoted you.
