Worst customer service. The male working there was extremely nasty
Picked up $60 worth of white shirts worse than when I dropped them off! Covered in yellow and black stains, torn in places, and when confronted with the issues said, "the process is not guaranteed to take everything out", and went on about oxidization. I'm paying $60 for shirts to be CLEANED, if you can't do that then you shouldn't be in business as a CLEANERS! Also, is having ME pay for the redo on some shirts at a "discount" from his $1.80/shirt price. Will be utilizing one of the many other dry cleaners in the area.
I'm new to the area and needs several things altered. I stopped here and I'm so glad I did! I brought several jeans, pants, a top and even a bathing suit that needed strap moves. all items came back exactly as I wanted. They did an excellent job and were very nice. I'm a new customer for their alterations and cleaning.
