Bought a game 3 days ago for $59.99 the next day went on sale to $39.99. Today went to the store to see if I can get issued a store credit for the difference. Joel informed me because I opened the game he can not price adjust it, if it was wrapped it would be no problem. According to him that is the corporate policy but I know for a fact they have adjusted games previously for me. I have been shopping her for 15+ years and after this incident I will not be back.
