I had a great shopping experience at this store. I don't usually go shopping alone. I like to have a friend along to give me advice. No one was available so I had to go alone. Sales Associate Kathleen Turner is phenomenal! She is great. She went out of her way to help me. She selected items for me, bought them over to me in the dressing room. She gave me her honest opinion on how the clothes looked on me. It was like shopping with my best friend. Thank you Kathleen.
I had a terrible experience in the store , I have been shopping here me and my mom forever , always come in and spends lots of money . Came in one day by myself it was a new girl in there didn't see the regulars , this girl open the dressing room which was dirty , I went in tried on several items finally I seen one of the managers who I deal with all the time she started helping me find a few outfits once we were through and I found what I needed I came out with my items , well the new girl goes in after me comes out the dressing room and accuse me of stealing I turn to her and told her I am a regular I don't steal and I left it like that , the girl went back in the dressing room came out and said to me it's some empty hangers in the dressing room , I told her those are the things that the manager is now ringing up again I said to her I don't steal at this point I was upset that a store that I have been shopping in for years and now I am being accused of stealing I felt some time of way . I paid for my items left out the store got in my car didn't get far pulled over and tears rolled down my eyes I never felt like that ever so I call the store up spoke to the manager asked her for her managers number , I needed up calling the manager left a message she called me back I explain to her what happen but she said the manager
