I purchased a set of four tires from the owners son and one turned out to be defective (lumpy tire) so less than a week later I called the shop to arrange for a simple replacement under warranty. However before I even had a chance to tell him what size I was referring to, the gentleman tells me he doesn’t have that size in stock. Then when I asked for a refund rather than another tire, he starts asking which customer I was, how much I paid, which car I drove, etc. Finally once he realized which customer I was, he started telling me to pay taxes (what?), screamed racial slurs at me and wraps up by telling me to leave the country. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at all costs unless you like getting degraded or wasting your money (dealing with them cost me a new tire and then I had to rebalance all four wheels)
Honest, fair, family run business. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Accidently left a car here instead of a place down the road (dropping it off for someone else as a favor). They were extremely nice and helpful in resolving my mistake
